RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At CURVICCI, we want you to love your shapewear. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
- 30 days from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
Refund Method
- All approved returns receive store credit only
- Store credit is issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- No cash refunds or original payment method refunds
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate apparel and shapewear that has been worn or washed (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
How to Return

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back in original condition
- Receive store credit once return is processed
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- CURVICCI is not responsible for lost return packages
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Full store credit or replacement provided
