Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders $150 USD and above
  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD on orders under $150

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • United Arab Emirates & GCC: 5-10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
  • Track your package using the carrier's tracking system
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order. The carrier will be selected based on your location for optimal delivery speed.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • CURVICCI is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (in some regions)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Certain restricted regions

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • CURVICCI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold services
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim for lost packages
  • We're happy to assist with carrier communication

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order
  • CURVICCI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may be possible if requested before shipment
  • Reshipping fees may apply for address corrections after shipment

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit
